Closing CRM respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data related to our mobile app and web presence—including account sign-in, subscriptions, optional marketing, and install attribution—alongside how we treat the CRM data stored on your device and in your iCloud.
Depending on how you use Closing CRM, we may collect or receive: your email address for account authentication, subscription management, and (if you choose to provide it for that purpose) optional marketing or product updates; an Apple identifier from Sign in with Apple used with Apple’s authentication service to create and secure your account; subscription and transaction-related information processed by Apple for App Store purchases and by Qonversion for subscription management, analytics, and related app functionality (see Third-Party Services); and device identifiers and related technical data used by Instally when you install the app through a tracked marketing link to attribute that install to the correct source (see Third-Party Services).
All CRM data you enter into the app — including client contacts, notes, deals, tasks, and reminders — is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. Closing CRM does not have access to that CRM database content.
We use account and subscription-related information to operate sign-in, billing eligibility, and customer support. Your CRM data is stored locally on your device and synced to iCloud using Apple's CloudKit service; it is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and security model.
Some features rely on third-party processors (Apple’s Sign in with Apple and App Store, Qonversion, and Instally). They process only the categories of data needed for their roles—for example, subscription receipts and analytics through Qonversion, or install attribution through Instally—under their respective privacy policies and agreements.
We do not sell your CRM data. We do not use your CloudKit-stored CRM records for advertising.

CRM data is stored using Apple's secure local storage and synced to iCloud via CloudKit. Closing CRM does not provide end-to-end encryption beyond what Apple offers through CloudKit. Third-party services described above maintain their own security practices and infrastructure; how they protect data is governed by their policies and terms.
Your data is retained locally on your device and in your iCloud account. If you uninstall the app, local data will be removed from your device, but data stored in iCloud will remain. To delete iCloud data, you must delete the data through the app (by deleting all records) or through your device's iCloud settings. CloudKit may retain backup copies of your data in accordance with Apple's policies.
You can modify or delete your data at any time through the app. If you delete records in the app, they will be removed from your local device and iCloud. However, CloudKit may retain backup copies in accordance with Apple's data retention policies. To fully remove data from iCloud, you may need to manage your iCloud storage through your device settings.
Closing CRM is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
